These games work fine locally in single or multiplayer, but when connected to someone on Mamehub they ALL break sync.
Examples: As known before Shooters like Revolution X and Operation Thunderbolt, Marble Madness. Things like Lemmings (prototype), Rampart, Warlords and Capcom Bowling won't work either. I have to assume all analog is broken but there may be some rare instance it is not, though i've tested all the games I know of.

This is true. Lightgun games, trackball, etc. Sometimes a joystick version of a game exists (such as Rampart).
In other cases, if you disable all of the analog controls or remap the ones you need to a key instead of an analog control, it will work. You'll also need to adjust the sensitivity in some cases. It's not ideal and both sides have to have the same exact configuration for it to work.
Jaku and I were able to play some games that needed analog this way.

Interesting, I've never tested an analog game, so I will have to look into it.

you can set analog to mouse in mameui by right clicking the game and going to properties>control mapping>trackball>mouse but idk how you would do it in mamehub
