Rename the "apple2" and "msx2" hash file

We should rename the msx2 hash for msx2p and the apple2 for apple2e. Everything for the msx2 will work on the msx2+ and some games will benefit from its hardware capabilities. While the apple2e driver will load the disk automatically, apple2 starts with a command prompt and not many people will know how to run the game from it.
As for performance, it doesnt require much, I ran both msx2 and msx2+ on a Pentium III.
Not sure about apple2 though, looks the same to me.

if it makes games easier to load im all for it!
the pc games are hard to start since most games have different strt commands.
