I'm not very good with computers, but i'd really like to be able to play fighting games online against my friends, and i'm struggling to figure out what to do
I've downloaded mamehub from the google links, but there doesn't appear to any form of application to run it - i think i need to "compile" it for it to work, but i've no idea what that even means or where to begin to do it
Could somebody either link me to a step by step guide of what to do, or upload a working OSX version for me to play with? I'd much appreciate it
I've spent years hoping for ggpo to come out on OSX, and i've only just discovered this; it looks amazing!

I dont have a mac but what is the exact error message you are getting? Fwiw most people I play on mamehub don't play fighters. If you look on kaillera, there are hundreds of people who play fighters. They have clans and are very serious about it.

I'm not getting any error message, but i don't have a clue what to do with the files that come in the mamehub zip Like i said, i've googled and i can GUESS i'd need to "compile" SOMETHING, but i don't know what compiling is, how to do it, or what i'm supposed to compile - if i'm even supposed to compile something anyway Most things i download come as applications, i drag and drop them and it's installed. Simple! I just thought seeing as there is an OSX version uploaded, there must be a demand, and a userbase, so someone must be able to help (

- start Terminal from the Utilities folder within the Applications folder.
- go to the directory you extracted the zip from with cd command
- run the script by typing this without the quotes "./MAMEHub.sh"
