....in GGPO that is Let's all recruit all the former ggpo 3S players over to MAME Hub and spread the word that playing it here is better than playing in GGPO

Thanks for this post isamu. An example of the drama about this on GGPO can be read here.
I hate to be a downer but I need to make a few points on this topic. The vast majority of dedicated 3s players on GGPO would never migrate to MAMEHub for two reasons. Reason #1 - The highly developed and customized netcode in GGPO is much more fine-tuned for 3s than MAMEHub is. MAMEHub is uniformly configured the same for all games. Experienced 3s players will not accept the inherent input lag that exists in MAMEHub. Reason #2 - Even if the netcode mechanics of MAMEHub were on par with GGPO, there is currently not enough user activity in MAMEHub to sustain a consistently active user base.
Having stated some negatives above, now for some positives. ;D 1. 3s does work on MAMEHub but you definitely need to have a good solid connection to your peer. Spectators are not recommended. 2. MAMEHub supports both the Japan NO-CD version of 3s and the USA CD version (which is in english). I don't think any other online emulators support the USA version (which uses a CHD). 3. In my opinion, MAMEHub is a free and open platform in same spirit that MAME and MESS are. Although GGPO is free too, it seems monetization is impacting what games are available there. Further Reading:A post on how to get the USA version of 3s working on MAMEHub can be found here. A pre-initialized nvram for the USA version can be found here. Videos of 3s on MAMEHub are available here and here. Note: It is significantly easier to just use the Japan NO-CD version [sfiii3n] of 3s on MAMEHub because it does not require a CHD file. Bonus (leftover) pic:Krusty and mikhasw playing sfiii3 on MAMEHub circa March 2011.
